Run and Play for Ariana Mae at Fitzgerald Park
  • Held in loving memory of Ariana Mae Lusis, who passed away in her sleep from Sudden Unexplained Death in Childhood
  • Proceeds are donated to the Ariana Mae Foundation, who offers compassionate financial assistance and kindness to bereaved families after the loss of a child and to those raising children with life-threatening conditions

Patrick Michael O'Donnell Memorial Golf Outing at Ledge Meadows
  • Held in memory of Patrick Michael O'Donnell, who passed away two years ago very unexpectedly
  • Proceeds are donated to Homeless Angels

Music in the Park continues on Thursday nights

New Location:  Jaycee Park, 525 E. River Street
Thursday Nights through August 31 | 7:00 PM

Fabulous Oldies But Goodies Band and Darin Larner will take the stage on August 17. Bring your friends and a lawn chair or blanket. There will be food concessions available onsite. 

Handicap parking will be available in the parking lot by the pavilion.

Movies in the Park continue on Friday nights

Cartoons run from 9:00 - 9:30 PM, and the next family friendly movie to hit the screen is The Jungle Book on August 18. Bring a blanket and your family and friends. Join us for trivia games. 

Stop by the Grand Ledge Area District Library to enter a movie themed drawing each week.  Prizes will be awarded during movie nights.

Fireworks Extravaganza

Thursday, August 31 at Dusk in Downtown Grand Ledge

5:00 - 7:00 PM | 12th Annual Caring Neighbor Day at Jaycee Park
7:00 - 9:00 PM |  The Hitchhikers and Global Village will take the Music in the Park stage at Jaycee Park

After Music in the Park, the Fireworks Extravaganza will start. The fireworks show will be launched from the Island Park along the river. The bridge on Bridge Street between River and Front Streets will be closed during the fireworks, so the crowd can enjoy the display up close.
