Should you stop or slow your car when you see someone in a wheelchair or using a walker waiting to cross a road at a crosswalk?Elderly residents of a Grand Ledge apartment complex (Serenity Place) say they want to take the guesswork out of that question. They said they fear for their lives as they fight traffic to walk or roll across M-100 to reach a Quality Dairy store across the street from their apartment complex.
