The Grand Ledge Chamber wants to extend a heartfelt THANK YOU to all the vendors and residents who made our first Grand Ledge Farmers Market such a great success!

We are looking forward to more vendors this weekend - starter plants, salad mix, baked goods, flower trays, hanging baskets, organic hand lotions, spices, crafts, etc.  See you on Saturday, May 20 from 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM at Jaycee Park!

Relay For Life of Grand Ledge Will Be Held This Saturday

The 17th annual Relay For Life of Grand Ledge will be held on Saturday, May 20 from 11:00 AM - 11:00 PM at Beagle Elementary School, 600 W. South Street.

Relay For Life is the signature fundraising event of the American Cancer Society. It is also a chance for our community to recognize and celebrate those who have overcome cancer or are undergoing treatment as well as the people who care for them. Relay also provides an opportunity to celebrate the memory of loved ones lost to cancer.  

During the event there will be a Survivor Celebration with a ceremony starting at 5:00 PM. Survivors will take a victory lap around the track followed by a survivor and caregiver lap. Survivors and their caregiver will then be treated to a free dinner. All local survivors are invited to participate in this celebration. Please visit the Survivor Tent to register at the event.

There will also be a silent auction, onsite fundraising, mission delivery moments, an opportunity to sign up for ACS CAN, and live entertainment on the main stage. They will close the event with a "Relay Dance Party". 

Relay is free, and the public is welcome, but please leave your pets at home.
